totally revamping and upgrading the YANA Website.
Membership: If you are not a member please consider joining, your support ensures that YANA will be here for years to come. Better yet, recruit 1 or 2 friends to join you.
House Committee:There have been a lot of improvements and repairs done to our property recently and there are more on the way. We appreciate your patience as we work at improving the Club House. The most recent was the installation of insulation above the ceiling tiles throughout the building. This improvement should save on cooling costs going forward and eventually pay for itself.
Future projects for budget year 2023:

A note from the
President:
Please note that we have had several
complaints about YANA visitors driving too fast
and excessive noise from the exhaust.
Remember we are in a residential
neighborhood and need to act like good
neighbors. Our neighbors have treated us well
over the years, putting up with extra traffic
coming and going from early morning until late
at night, 7 days a week. Let us show them the
RESPECT they deserve and protect our freedom
to have this valuable resource for ourselves and
those who will come after us.

2023 is flying by and a lot of great things are
happening at our Clubhouse. We hope you are
enjoying the many upgrades. As a Board, we
take all matters associated with the YANA
Foundation Clubhouse very seriously and we
attempt to represent the best interests of a
majority of members as well as those of the
people who simply attend meetings at YANA If

Al-Anon
AFG - Is an acronym for Alcoholics- Anonymous
Family Groups. Chapter 9 of the Big Book of
Alcoholics Anonymous can give you some
insights as to the need for Al-Anon. In AlAnon
the only requirement for membership is for
there to be a problem with alcohol in a relative
or friend. If you or someone you love could use
