Notes from 7/15/2024 Board Meeting
Treasurer Report: Accounts were reviewed and in order with significant prudent reserve. The CD that recently matured has been moved into a higher-yielding CD.
House Committee: The shed has been painted. and the grounds have been fertilized. Fresh mulch will be spread this month.
Please note: The board has decided to stop selling memorial bricks for the lanai, The tapered shape of the bricks makes installation difficult without damaging the adjacent bricks.
Vice President: Megan has met with the Group Representatives of 2 new groups to have them review and sign the agreement.
New Business: Fire extinguishers will be inspected to comply with Fire Dept, code and ensure they are in good working order,
