Notes from Monthly Board Meeting:
The meeting was held at 7:00 pm on May 15, 2023, at YANA.

House Committee:
  • Plans are drawn up with details for proposed renovation project. Bids are being requested.
  • 4 Dead Trees to be taken down by an insured member.
  • Whose bid was $1,200 the best of 3 received.
  • Sweeping Beauties requests a new vacuum, this will cost up to $400.00.
  • All Phase Electric & Bose to quote generator service.
  • Parking Lot resealing was discussed. The decision is to defer until after the insulation and bathroom renovation projects
Al-Anon
Al-Anon Tradition 6: “Our Family Groups ought never endorse, finance or lend our name to any outside enterprise, lest problems of money, property, and prestige divert us from our primary spiritual aim. Although a separate entity, we should always cooperate with Alcoholics Anonymous.”

If you care about someone who struggles with alcoholism you are qualified for Al-Anon.

The purpose of CLUBHOUSE RULES is to provide guidance to help group chairs create a safe and welcoming meeting to those trying to gain and maintain sobriety. The CLUBHOUSE RULES have been developed by The Board of Directors. Please remember that the CLUBHOUSE is a place of public assembly, and as such, we are held to higher level of safety and responsibility. We encourage you to follow the AA, Al-anon and ACA Traditions to structure and maintain your meetings. If you have questions in managing the meetings, contact your respective service office:
