Notes from 3/18/2024 Board Meeting Treasurer Report: Bank signatures are complete with new Board of Directors members at LMCU. House Committee: Quentin plans to fertilize the area and purchase lightbulbs. Discussion regarding group cabinets under the coffee maker needing to be replaced. Quentin has one contractor lined up and will contact Kyle for a second quote. Motion for $500 maximum to replace broken doors and locks. Passed unanimously. Motion for $100 maximum for Quentin to freshen up landscaping at the back of the building. Passed unanimously.
Membership Committee Report: Membership is up with 12 total transactions last month. Two lifetime, 1 family, and 9 single.
Social Committee Report: Kevin will touch base with Eric regarding routine postings of the operations of our social media.

Board Liaison to Groups: If your Meeting or Group has concerns or questions related to YANA Board Policies, the building, or the behaviors of individuals you can reach out to the VP of the Board and give him/her an opportunity to hear your issue/concern and bring it to the Board for resolution.
Al-Anon​
AFG - Is an acronym for Al-Anon Family Groups. The only requirement for membership is for there to be a problem with alcohol in a relative or friend. If you care about someone who struggles with alcoholism, you are qualified for Al- Anon.
